There are plenty of reasons for writing my comment over here but I would keep it simple and if you would like to implement it further, then please take my suggestions in the positive way.
Presentation of the blog should be in such a way that when a Reader enters the blog, he/she should be glued to it. In here the font and color is getting submerged with the background and hence killing the effect that should be coming.
Another thing is the grammar which needs to be checked even if it an unofficial version of it too.
All the very best for the blog, I pray that you get all your dreams fulfilled and rise up the corporate ladder with more finesse.
Hi, Thank you for giving suggestions. I have noted down your points and I will surly work on it. When you start anything for the first time, flaws will always be there even if you are expert in it. I will take care in future about all the thing which you have mentioned.
